This song, in addition to what 80smusicfreak said, is also available on 2 different compilation CD's that I have. One is Time-Life's Sounds of the Eighties: The Mid-80's, and the other is New Wave 80's: a cheap CD that I found at Circuit City. If you're interested, these are both good compilations.

"Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone)" was a top 5 hit here in the U.S. in the Fall of '86. It was off their 1986 album, "The Thin Red Line". Unfortunately, the album is long out-of-print here in the U.S. in all formats, although it was issued on CD. "Jessie's Girl" claims the album was s/t up in Glass Tiger's native Canada, but I have proof it was titled "The Thin Red Line" up there as well...
In 1993, their label released a hits collection here in the U.S., titled "The Best of...-Air Time", which does include "Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone)". It's CD-only, and still available today...

Here in Canada (where they're from) it defintely came out in 1986 on their self titled debut album. The vinyl was pressed in a limited edition clear format(like GLASS). Neat eh!?
