Subject: the damn chat room....
now come on kids....... i don't come here for the fine wine and poltie waitresses....i come here to interact with others who practice the fine art of the eighties!!!!!! not that i don't love the message board...it's just not enough....i want live prey!!!!! and here we have a PERFECTLY good chat room....and nobody uses it... i go there all the time and it is always empty.....not even Mr. chucky g. is there...what's going on???????

I know, I even pay extra to have that chat room... I've seen people in it maybe once or twice.. and usually they aren't even there to chat about the 80s, which is annoying...
It would probably help though if you told people they could expect you in there.. I try to be in there at night (8pm EST) but I've been too busy lately with ripping apart my kitchen and putting my bathroom together (I start waaay to many home improvement projects, but at least the 1976 Bicentenal wallpaper is gone) But I digress...
if people are interested in using it, just post a response and say when you'll be around so people will know when you'll be in there... it does require Java to use it, and I used to run an early edition of Netscape 4.0 that could use it... sooo... if you can use Java Apps you should be able to run it...
of course having said all this, watch the thing not even work...

well it's long gone now.. the walls are now a bright white primer.. trust me, after looking at it for 25 or so years, it loses any camp or retro appeal...
