Subject: Staying Alive
Everytime I watch Staying Alive, I swear I see Philip Michael Thomas (from Miami Vice fame) in the scene where Tony goes to the Christmas party at the rich girl's apartment (sorry, I can't remember her movie name right now). The guy that looks like Philip doesn't speak, but he's in the background as a guest. Tony just strolls past him. Anyone else notice that and think it's him? Just wondering.

Yes, I know EXACTLY who you mean. I don't know if it's him either. There must be a website to check - I'll see if I can find his bio somewhere. THat is one of my FAVORITE 80's movies - I loved all those cheesy dance movies - Flashdance, Dirty Dancing, Staying Alive, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Fame, etc.
