i remember watching this tv show when i was very small, and i CANNOT remember what it was called! it was about this girl who was an alien and all i can really remember is that she had some kind of special powers and she talked to her dad through this crystal thing...and in one episode there were two of her. i seem to think her name was jackie, but i really don't know! does anyone know what i'm talking about? it's killing me. OH, and the themesong was that "would you like to swing on a star" song.

Its weird how the basic teenage language never really changes. And then every group of teenagers think their cooler then the previous when they still speak the same way. When I was a teen in the mid-'90s, girls talked just like you.

"Like, whatever", "I've been going like everywhere to find those shoes", "Its like so lame".

Her name was Evie and she was half alien on her father's side. Most of the time, she would freeze time to fix something that she had messed up.

that is weird about the whole "like" thing. i say stuff like "totally" too.
i don't know why i thought her name was jackie. one of those weird mixed-up childhood memory things...i don't know. i'm like so totally weird!
