The song is called "That's All" by Ricky Nelson. It was out back in the 60s (or maybe even the 50's...dunno for sure, but my Mom had the 45) He was one of the stars of Ozzie and Harriet.

He was also the father of Gunner and whatsisname from Nelson. Not that I ever actually listened to Nelson or anything...
