There's just something about an 80s girl that I find so appealing! Whenever I watch an 80s video, movie or tv show, I find myself waxing nostalgic about teenaged girls in the 80s. What is it about them that is so darn appealing? The clothes? The makeup? The hairdo? The attitude? Any comments from former 80s boys???

For me personally it was a combination of big hair (show me a guy who doesn't like long hair!), that eyeliner that made their eyes look HUGE (check out Susanna Hoffs at the end of Walk Like And Egyptian video), the short cropped tops with the short skirts and the white fringed boots...OMG...instant BAM! if you know what I mean...please please please can we bring that look back??

Of course I always liked seeing a girl in a pair of tight jeans, but for sexiness nothing could beat those short skirts and zip up leather boots. Excuse me while I drool
The hair was so much better then too. I have always loved women with long, full hair, and these days you just don't see it as much. I freaked when my wife lopped hers off!

i was always(still am) a sucker for tight tight pants.
in the 80s, it was that we dont care attitude.... i guess when we remember that, we remember we were teenagers and partied like mad!

Hi there,
I'm 22 years old, so don't expect to write me something about my time in the 80s. But whenever I watch an 80s movie and whenever I look at an album cover where those 80s girls can be seen I think by myself: "Hey, why aren't there such girls out there today!" Must be an OBSESSION or just AN-IMOTION! :-)
