Subject: wizard show?
hello,
i am looking for the name of a tv show that i used to watch in my elementary school. it was about a brother and a sister who had to solve grammar errors (as my friend remembers) and their nemesis was a wizard who wore a purple cape and rode around on a big bicycle or motorcyle and threatened to turn them to stone. they could transport themselves to different locations using the bike. i remember it had big streamers or tassles hanging from the grips. the wizard had a sidekick but i can't remember much about him. he was probably a bumbling idiot. i could swear it was called 'storybook wonders' but my friend that i went to elementary school with disagrees. can you help us?

It was called "Storylords" and it aired on PBS. I liked that show. My favorite episode was the one about the twin sisters (the Gwin twins). If you liked this show, you would enjoy 2 other PBS shows: "Mission:Reading" and "Tomes & Talismans".

If it's the show I'm thinking of, I think the show you're thinking of is "Storylords". It had some kinda chubby boy and his sister who had to put on some sassy golden sparkly gloves, read some quote and pedal on the bike. I believe the villian's name was Thorzul, and his assistant was Milk Breath, or something like that. They also showed scene when the boy was in his reading class.
Everyone once in a while when I'm flippin' the channels in the afternoon the show pops up on PBS.
