Yay, another great 80's band reunion! Warren (of Duran Duran) The news is from Cindy - I believe the spokesperson for Warren
I spoke to Warren, and this is official. The 80's new wave, pop rock, mutant offspring of Frank Zappa, the band known as Missing Persons, is going to re-form with all original members (drummer Terry Bozzio, guitarist Warren Cuccurullo, bassist Patrick O'Hearn, and, of course, lead vocalist Dale Bozzio, a pre-Madonna MTV icon). Dale's visual influence can be seen all over video music channels today when you see artists like Christina Aguilara and Gwen Stefani, who seem to have picked up on the eccentricity of Dale's outlandish fashion sense and hairstyles. (But no one can wear Plexiglas like Dale did!) To see this band live is not to be believed. Everyone in the group is looking forward to playing all of their best stuff that was a staple of early 80's alternative rock radio and MTV.
