I have a bet with my sister. I say that around 1986, MTV ran a contest where they had people record their own version of Mdonna's "True Blue" song. My sister says that it was to "Papa Don't Preach", but I remember vividly watching a thousand versions of True Blue for a twenty four hour period. A free dinner is riding of this one, so guys, who's right???

You are the winner. It was the "True Blue" video. "Papa Don't Preach" had Danny Aiello in it. I remember there was a stuffed animal of the Pink Panther in the background for some reason.
