There's this cartoon that had a bunch of little animals, like a panda I think named Pammy, a monkey, etc., that lived in a tree in a park and they wore little
T-shirts and their shirts glowed when they fought crime. There was a man that always got mad at them too. This is bothering me so much that I must know what it's called! Please help
