Ulysses 31 with 26 episodes animated by TMS (Tokyo Movie Shinsha) in colaboration with Jean Chalopin (i.e. the same people who animated Inspector Gadget, The Mysterious Cities Of Gold among others). Quite an excellent show which never aired in its entirety in English.
I think there are websites dedicated to this show, but, unfortunately, I'm the last person you could ask for help in this department...
