Subject: Not the Waitresses but close
Anyone remember this song--"I wanna be where the boys are but I'm not allowed"? The chorus had something to the effect of "boys--uh-huh--boys--uh-huh". (It's not the Waitresses "I know what boys like") Thanks-H.

The song is "Boy" by Book of Love off their self-titled Album. Came out in 1986 on Sire Records.

DJ Midas, didn't Book of Love also have a song called "I Touched Roses"? That's yet another forgotten 80s classic...

Yes. "I Touch Roses" is on the same album. I also get good response from "Pretty Boys and Pretty Girls" and "Witchcraft" at the club...
