Subject: 80s hair and fashion

I'm doing research for school about the 80s. Please (if you have time) say when you graduated highschool, and what you wore your junior year.(hair, clothes, makeup, etc.) The more detailed the better.
Thank you for your time

I graduated in '83, and wore mostly jeans and tees with rock bands on them, lots of concert shirts. Also izod and similar style pullovers. Never any button downs! I listened to a wide variety of music, but at that time had a preference for Journey, KISS, J. Geils Band, Foreigner, Van Halen, Billy Squire and other similar acts.

Graduated in '89. Wore tight blue jeans that were tight at the ankles, with 2 pears of different colored socks pulled up over the pants legs. And, if your jeans weren't tight enough around the ankles, you folded the leg vertically, once, then tightly rolled them, to hold them tight around the ankle so you put your two different colors of 'scrunch' sock over the pant leg, and then white high top tennis shoes with the velcro straps around the ankles (you girls remember the ones). And the hair, and the shirt coller as high up as you could get 'em. "Those were the days"!
