Subject: Who sang this?

Written By: Lisa Brown on 4/3/2001 at 4:59 p.m.

The song was called "Tears On Your Anorak", and I think the band that did it was Canadian (I lived in Canada then) but I can find nothing at all on any of the CD sites that I've visited. Has anyone ever heard of this song and might know who did it? It would have been on the radio in Canada sometime in the early 80s, but may not have made US charts at all.
Thanks for any help anyone might be able to give,
Lisa

That is the title, and it is by The Drivers. The band had Nick Van Eede, vocalist of the Cutting Crew in it. He was born in England.

Okay, I know I've been away for a little over a week now, but I'm afraid my copy of your new book just rimmed into the wastebasket, MDC. What's that they say about biting the hand that feeds you??? Looks like my work here is done...

*hands music trophy over to TX*
