Subject: "80's Heavy Metal.
For those who were into Heavy Metal in the '80's, or those who never got out of it, like me, I just wanted to let you know that a lot of those '80's albums that are out of print are being re-released by a bunch of record companies. A lot of those albums are out of print, and some were never released on CD at all. There's companies like Spitfire Records who got the rights from the original companies and re-released CD's from Venom, Twisted Sister, Yngwie Malmsteen, Krokus, Dio, Motorhead, and a ton more. There's also other companies releasing the more commercial bands like Tesla, Firehouse, Danger Danger, etc. Just thought I'd pass along the info, because if there's some album you listened to and liked in the '80's from a metal band, it's likely it's re-released again, and re-mastered and sounding better than ever. Oh yeah, other bands re-released are Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Slayer, King Diamond, Mercyful Fate, Nasty Savage, Lizzy Borden,...................and on and on.

The best heavy-metal album I have EVER heard was "Little Foxes" by Barnabas. If any of you metalheads can find it (it's supposed to be rereleased on CD sometime),get it! You'll love it!

Not just re-released, a lot of them have got back together and are releasing new stuff that doesn't sound much different to what it was like in the 80s. 80s metal is, was and always will be COOL.
