Subject: Dolphin Cove, TV series-info?
Of course, a show I fell in love with was cancled young. I have ben looking for more info on this show and came to this site (great site), here at least someone knew the name but not any info. Anyone? From what I can remember, it was about a research family with a special needs child who had a special link with these dolphins who came and went freeley in and out of a beautiful cove, I think set in Austrailia. Anything at all would be helpful. Thanx.

I remember Dolphin Cove. It was indeed filmed in Queensland, Australia, and lasted for about six months in late '88 to early '89. I remember it starred a teenaged Trey Ames and popular aboriginal actor Ernie Dingo. I believe it ran on CBS, here in the States. Hope this helps....

Thanks for responding. I have ben wondering about that show for a while now. Any info on anywhere I can get the series? How many shows did they make? Did it air longer in Australia? Did I have the basic plot right, or was there much more than I remember? It's ben more than a decade since I've seen the show, I just remember the beauty of the cove and the interaction with the dolphins. I probably remember it better than it was, but things get stuck in your memory as you would like them to be, and I would love to see the show again. Thanks again.
