Subject: Is there such a song?
There's a song here in Germany that was recently popular, called "Bilder von dir" (Pictures of You) that has a melody that I instantly recognized when I heard it. My husband agrees that there WAS a song called "Pictures of You" or "Pictures from You" popular during the 80's, but I can't figure out who did it.
When I do a search, I get lots of hits for a Cure song by that name, but the lyrics don't resemble the German lyrics at all; I'm not even sure if I know that song.
Does anyone have any ideas? TIA~
Christine
Subject: Okay, I got it!! (m)
I found it. It's called "Everlasting Pictures" and was done by B-ZET. I'm listening to it right now and it's the same song.
For anyone who remembers this song, check out "Bilder von dir" from Laith Al-Deen. It's all in German but a great song even if you don't understand the words!
