i need to find out who sang the song space cowboy, the space cowboy i am looking for has the lazer guns in it, and it is not the one with gregg kinn band, it was made in the 1980's not sure what year, no one seems to know the singer to the song,

That would be the song "The Joker" by the Steve Miller band. But I think it came out in the 70s, not the 80s. Homer Simpson was singing along to it on one of the episodes of "The Simpsons" where they flashed back to when Homer and Marge were in high school.

that,s not the right song, the one im looking for has the lazer guns in the song thanks anyway

The only other song I know titled "Space Cowboy" is by Jamiroquai; came out in early to mid-90's.
