OK, now i know someone knows what Fluffy Dogs were (the movie). I need help finding a website or proof that there was a such movie. To describe the movie, id say it was about small cartoon dogs of different colors. These dogs had certain powers who had these wands that took them to different places. Could you mean "Fluppy Dogs" from 86. If so here is a link for proof (not much info though.)

I don't think it was a movie, but it was a cartoon from the 80's. They have info on it and a picture on the toonarific.com site.
