Subject: Spies Like Us
I was wondering if someone would be able to help me out by telling me the name of a song. The song was played in the movie "Spies Like Us" by the Russian's when they were camped out by the ICBM, and began dancing. Anyhelp anyone can give me would be greatly apreciated.

If I'm not mistaken, the song is "Soul Finger" by the Bar-Kays from 1967. A lot of the members of that version of the Bar-Kays were killed along with Otis Redding in a plane crash late that year; the group re-formed with new members.

yup, I can confirm it was indeed them..
personally.. I've always wanted Paul McCartney's tune from the movie.. which I don't think was used anywhere in it.. it was the second DVD I bought.. I have to admit it.. it was worth the $5 new..

If I recall, the song played over the closing credits. My brother had the same complaint (about the song not being in the movie), but when I saw the movie for the first time on Cinemax, the song did not come on until the closing credits…
