Subject: Esprit bags
Okay, I *know* someone out there still has one, or at least a pattern for them. I owned two "official" bags, and made them by the dozens in junior-high sewing class. Y'know, those HUGE square bags with "ESPRIT" printed across the front pocket, and went so well with the pegged stonewashed zipper-ankle jeans, and the neon Guess? sweatshirts. The handles on the bags were long enough that the bottom of the thing hit my knees (I was very short back then ^.^).
Anyway, I'm looking for the sewing PATTERN for this bag. It would be perfect to do - in miniature - for a little girl's "purse." If ANYONE has any ideas or suggestions about where I can find this - or even an old bag that I can pull apart - I would really appreciate it!!
E-mail me, or answer back here.
Thanks!!
Kristie
