It could be "Round and Round" by Miranda, which came out in 1994. Unfortunately I don't have any of the remix issues where this track is located according to the database link below but the Miranda track was also featured on a 5-track CD-EP called "Sunshine." Hope this helps.

I only the song as "Round & Round" But I don't who the artist is singing that song.
