Subject: Help with a song

Written By: DJ Midas on 11/21/2000 at 2:50 p.m.

I heard a song on a radio mixshow in 1986...female vocal...tempo about 140-150 beats per minute. I think the chorus began, "Call(ed, in') on angel,..." I remember the beginning of the song had stutter effects: "a-a-a-a-a-a angel."

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

DJ Midas, this is a long shot. I don't know what year it came out but Hubert Kah had a song "Angel 07" with those lyrics, but no stutter effects "a-a-a-a-a-a angel."

You can here a sound clip at this link.

Sorry TX, although I hadn't heard that before, the Hubert Kah track is really good. What I was looking for has a female vocal and sounded very pop. I think there was some grunts in the beginning also by the vocalists "unh, unh..." (The song sounded like it would be great for a high impact aerobics tape).
