Does anyone remember the name of the song that Bill Murray and the troops where singing while they where marching? One of the lines was (singing dom do wawa dom ditti do),or something like that. Thanks

The song is "Doo Wah Diddy Diddy" and was a big hit in 1964 for Manfred Mann. It was originally recorded the year before as "Doo Wah Diddy" by the Exciters but Manfred Mann had the biggest hit with it.
