Is there a specific brand you're looking for? Size, width, length? Regular combat boots you can get at any Army/Navy surplus store (cheap too), but if you're looking for a more "sophisticated" style, like German-style boots - either lace-up or with the buckles, then you'll probably have to know someone in the military or police in order for them to get them at the Army store (you need military/official ID in order to purchase them, but it's pretty cheap - and no taxes!). Why not try the local mall? Is there one near where you live?
