Subject: Michael Jackson bubblegum wrapper
Does anybody out there remember the name of the bubblegum in the '80's whose packaging was in the shape of an LP and came in a miniature version of a real album sleeve (about 2 inches square)? Apparently, Michael Jackson's Thriller was one of them. Thanks.

Yes. Those would be "Chu-Bops". They were big in the early to mid '80s. I actually know a place that still sells them (unopened) - and I'm talking about the originals from the '80s, as they no longer make them! (This store just happens to have some left over, I guess. Or maybe they discovered a few stray boxes in their basement after 15 years!) However, I wouldn't recommend trying to eat the now 15- to 20-year-old record-shaped gum inside!
