I've looked everywhere for who sings this song I remember from the 80's (late 80's I believe) and I cannot find it anywhere! I went to Tahoe after giving up hope of finding it/realizing I must be insane... lo and behold it's playing over the casino... but they couldn't tell me anything about it because it's digital radio. WAH! Okay - so here goes. If anyone can help me - please e-mail me! I would LOVE YOU!!!! I would sleep better too and free up time.
I just know some of the lyrics... might be misheard... If you could hear me sing it you might remember it better.

The song is "Cry" by the British duo Watermark. It hit #10 in the early summer of '89 as well as hitting #2 on the a.c. chart. it came from their first and only album simply titled "Watermark". they had 2 more singles from that album: "Nature Of Love" (My favorite from that album) That hit #70 on the pop chart & #44 on the a.c. chart, and "Move On" That hit #24 on the a.c. chart. Sadly, that album is long out-of-print. I hope you'll sleep tonight now that your question has been answered.
