Subject: 2 80's Female Singers. Confused About Names...
Were there an Apolonia 6 and a Vanity 6?
All I know for sure is that one of them (if there were in fact 2 ending with the number 6) had a hit called "Nasty Girl" that was short but excellent. Info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

: Were there an Apolonia 6 and a Vanity 6? Yes.
Vanity 6 (album of the same name) had
"Nasty Girl" from 82.The band (created
by Prince) was Deniece Matthews (Vanity),
Brenda Bennet (the woman of Leroy Benett,
designer of the lights of the spectacles of
Prince) and Susan Moonsie who was only
16 years old (it was the girl friend of one of
the members of The Time). Vanity dropped
out for a solo career, so Patricia Kotero
(Apollonia) took over with Brenda Bennet,
and Susan Moonsie and the band was
renamed Apollonia 6 (album of the same
name), that album came out in 84.
