Subject: Other song in "Sixteen Candles"
I wanted to know what the name of the song that was on when Sam was about to talk to Jake in the gym when he getting his girlfriend's coat. You know, when she went up to him, turned her back to think what to say as he turned and noticed her. Then when she turned, they made eye contact and she looked at him like he was a leopard and walked off? What's the song called and who sang it?

I have not seen the movie in a while, but the soundtrack list showed "Young Americans" by David Bowie on it. It does have some Whooos in the background. I didn't hear any Ahhhs though.

I don't have the movie, but I can get my hands on the soundtrack. A little more detail about the actual song would help.

Well Langdon, the lyrics are kinda unintelligible
but the song has a series of popish Whooo and
Ahhhs in it but it's not True by Spandau Ballet.
It plays only briefly right at that scene. If you can't figure it out, don't worry about it. :>
