What was the name of the Superhero that had a side kick that was a dog. The dog had to wear a dog house on his head because he was so ugly.

The name of the Superhero that had a side kick dog that was so ugly he had to wear a dog house on his head was Mighty Man, the dog was Yukk.
It was part of the Plastic Man Comedy/Adventure Show.
