Subject: NEED HELP! SOMEBODY TELL ME WHO NANCY MARTINEZ IS!
This has been bothering me for almost a year now. The song "Jack", by Nancy Martinez gets played on the radio every now and then, and I search and search and search every website I CAN THINK OF, including cdnow, yahoo, altavista, amazon...everything, you name it, and I can't find anything. I realize that there was a Nancy Martinez that had a hit called "For Tonight" and another called "Move Out", and I've compared their voices, and they do sound the same, but I've searched everything there is to know about Nancy Martinez, and nothing is said about the song, "Jack". On cdnow.com, I also saw a Canadian import by Nancy Martinez called C'est La Vie/En La Rose. Another site I went to said that she was born in Montreal.
The song "Jack", goes like this:

I wish I could sing it for you. I know all the lyrics, if you need more help. I'm dying to figure this mystery out. I believe the song may have been from 1989, possibly. It's such a great song. I don't know why I don't know who she is, but I'm hoping someone can help. Thank you very much.
