Subject: 80s styles coming back!!
Hah! I always said that 80s styles and stuff should come back in the '00's! Makes sense, cause 70s styles were popular in the 90s... Anyway, a few months ago I saw a big segment in I think YM or something saying that neon and studded jean stuff was popular, and just today I was looking at the current Seventeen,.. I only skimmed through it, but I saw, in a segment about back-to-school stuff neon school accessories, leg warmers, and 80s-ish miniskirts! I guess they are coming back!

Right on! I haven't seen the new Seventeen yet, but I agree about 80ish looking styles popping up like mushrooms. I'm currently working on a webpage that gives pointers on how to create an 80ish look, and still be cutting edge modern! Also when I went to the mall the other day, I saw tons of really cool rubber bracelets for sale like I have never seen before! Also, I saw tons of really bright colors and glittery outfits. I bought this really rad hot pink skirt at a store called Gadzooks, which comes to the top of the knee and has velcro at the bottom.It's made out of that parachute material. It looks very 80s. They also had it in yellow and turquoise. I'm not sure if this is particularly an 80s style, but they also had these really cool skirts that slanted at the bottom. I don't really know how to describe it, but Britney Spears wears one in her "Oops...I Did It Again" video. It looks very futuristic. Anyway, I'm an aspiring fashion designer, which is why I ramble on and on about fashion!! I buried the 70s look earlier this year. To me, it is O-U-T!!!
