I still have a pair! I was amazed they still fit after all of these years. I think they should be brought back in another retro kind of thing.

Where I came from, they just called 'em "Chucks" and not only did I have the Purple, Orange, Green...I had the girlie pastel version too. Boy was I a badass :-)

Actually, they're called "Chuck Taylors" and the original type ones are making a come-back. My 12 year old nephew wants a pair as all of his friends at school wear them (in navy blue, black, or white).

"Chucky" is more fun-sounding and relaxed. You knew to what I was refering. I have yet to see any of them available. I'll take another trip to "The Footlocker" today.
