I don't believe so; the actor in the vidoe had a short-lived TV series within the past few years where he played a cop or a private investigator or something like that. I think the show was called whatever his last name was, something Italian - "Dellaventura," maybe.

The actor's name is Danny Aiello. He was also in the movie "Moonstruck" with Cher and Nicolas Cage.
