Subject: who did this song?

Here is a possible doozie. During the late 80's (87-89) there was a fast-paced euro-synth song played on the radio frequently. It had interchanging male/female vocals throughout and contained the riff to Bonanza(played on synths) during the verses. From what I remember, the male voice would drone these lyrics(perfectly in euro-blase´)

"I know now is the time that I went to find someone new"

Bonanza riff

"You know its your crime and you've gone to find someone too"

Bonanza riff Everyone thinks its Information society, but my research has disproven that. If anyone knows what I am describing, please tell me the answer. I need to know the song name and recording artist

Thanxxx

It's by a group called Kon Kan, they're canadian. it called something like "excuse me" or "beg your pardon" something polite. Hope it helps!
