Subject: I need to know the name of this song..
O.k I am pretty sure it's an 80's song ..the last time I heard it was probably 10 or 12 yrs ago. I don't know who sings it or even the proper name (causeI have tried to find it on the net already) I thought it was called Colored Angel or Angel in my pocket... but I can't find it under those names. Here's a summery from my distant memory... It' s something about the world is dreary and black and white and then this singer(female) finds this "colored angel in my pocket.... " something something blah blah... "will watch me till the end of time" O.k. I realize this is not much to go on but if anyone recognizes what this might be please let me know! thank-you

You must be from Canada or heard this near the border since it was only a hit there. I have a tape of it and I think the group was One to One.

> The song was by the Ottawa based band One to One . The title I think was "Got an Angel in my Pocket" or similar. The guitarist/wife(girlfriend...) combo still plays but haven't had much airplay. the guitarist also produces the albums and if I'm right his name is Leslie Howe.
His other claim to fame is helping a young Ottawa singer starting out with production etc. Her name was Alanis something or other. You know the one who can't afford shampoo and screeches a lot.........
