Subject: identifying 2 movies
If anyone can e-mail the names of these movies, i will be grateful. Sadly, i do not know the names of any stars, only plot synopses. In the first, a loser high school student finds a secret army raygun. He only uses it in self-defense, but his life soon spirals out of ontrol when the army intervenes. The only thing i remember about the second movie is that it revolves around several kids trying to break their dog out of the pound. Thanks.
