:::: Re the Voltron listing on main board. : ::: The other version of Voltron which aired BEFORE the vehicles ("Vehicle Team Voltron") featured 5 robotic lion's which combined to make one big humanoid-looking robot. :: The original Lions' version aired in syndication 1983-84, and in 1998 was brought back to TV by World Events Productions (The syndicator of the original 1983 Voltron 1, 2 , & 3 series) as "Voltron: The Third Dimension." and is done entirely in CGI (similar to the style of "Beast Wars" & "Reboot"). : :: "Vehicle Team Voltron" (aka: 'Voltron 1') was the US/Canada syndication name for the Japanese series "Kiko Kanti Dairugger-XV" ('Armored Fleet Dairugger XV'). : :: "Lion Force Voltron" (aka: 'Voltron 3') was US/Canada syndication name for the Japanese series, "Hyakuju-O Go-Lion", ('Hundred-Beast King Go Lion') : :: There was a 2nd. Voltron based on a Japanese series titled "Albegas", and syndicated as "Voltron 2: Space Gladiators" which consisted of 3 humanoid robots that could combine to make 1 big 6-armed robot, but that's all I know about it.
