Subject: Electric Dreams
Does anyone know where I can get a RESONABLY PRICED copy of this movie? reel.com doesn't have it. Amazon.com wants $67 for it, saying that it is so expensive because that is the price people who run rental stories have to pay to the distributor and the distributor won't sell it any cheaper....
I love this movie and it has special meaning for my husband and I (both 80s children).
Thanks for your help!

Nicole,
I have a really good copy of "Electric Dreams" that I'll let go for around $25. The sound and the audio (even though it's an old video) is exceptional on my copy. The reason they are so expensive on Amazon.com and hard to find in general, is because the movie is highly sought after and is out-of-print last time I checked. It's not on DVD either. Give me a holler and I'd be happy to send it and even pay for the shipping to boot.
Take care,
David M. Candland

I love it too.. I just bought a used copy on Ebay for $18 (after shipping) I would say wait and watch for it there, it does come up for sale every few weeks.. since it's used the sound might not be optimal (mine cuts out a little here and there) but it will be about the only way you find it
