Subject: Boy George's Taboo.

I went to see this Musical last week,it was awesome.I thought the songs were superb and the play itself was really hard hitting but moving and very funny.I was never a huge Culture Club fan but I always liked Boy George in interview as he was incredibly witty, that came across really well in the musical too.I can understand why some people found it too risque but if you look beyond that it's great.Very easy to see how the scene lead many of the main players like Boy George,Steve Strange and Marilyn end up as Heroin addicts.
Anyway if you get the chance go !

I wish I lived close enough to see, because I would. I know it was cancelled and it seems like one of those gems that is underappreciated.

Julian Clary was talking about it during his tour here last month. I really hope it is another musical that makes its way down to Aus. Boy and Marilyn both did very well down here.
Glad you got to see it Gis.
