When I was very little I was into Toy Dinosaurs a lot 8)

What company made the best Toy Dinosaurs.

I would say the "Prehistoric Scenes" from the early to mid 1970's. They were dinosaur model kits that you would put together yourself with glue and paint. If you had all the models in the series,the plastic bases they came with could be put together like a giant jigsaw puzzle,making one huge scene!
