I found Denise LaSalle sang it in 1985. (sometimes listed as My Toot-Toot) :)

The version I remember was the Grammy award-winning 1985 hit by Rockin' Sidney (Sidney Simien). That was my unwitting introduction to Zydeco music. I like Cajun/Zydeco music, but not "My Toot-Toot."
