Subject: HELP!Need help with an 80's song

I can't remember the title or the artist of a song from the early eighties. In the video a young woman is teaching, and some men come in and she rushes to cover her head with some kind of cloth. but because she was teaching without her head covered she is hung. The only lyrics i can remember is "You can take my life but you can't take my faith away"
I have been trying to figure this one out for awhile. If anyone can help thanks ???

The song is called "Mona With The Children" by Doug Cameron, and it's from 1985, I think. Is that why she was hanged? Because she didn't wear the traditional scarf on her head? I never was sure about that. It's a true story, by the way.
