Subject: Name this toy? Please?

I'm looking for the name of this toy. I've searched the entire site, with no luck.
The toy was a big hoop/loop, and it came with a ball. The hoop had 2 handles on it, and you'd put the ball inside the loop, you held it in your hand, and you had to spin it really fast so that the ball would go around inside the hoop.
