yes someone wanted news of marilyn songs, garry if i recall???? there is a video calling now that's what i call music 2 with the video for cry and be free (1984) i have liked him since i was 13 in 1984 and as for releases in america, i can't help you as i am from liverpool, england. but i have the video's vinyl, etc. he is mentioned a lot in boy georges 1995 book, take it like a man. ok have fun folks, pauline

I didn't like Marilyn. He was a leech off of Boy George and a bad influence with the drugs. He got a lot of press and a record released on the Boy's coattails, and later blamed George for "ruining his career." Oh, but you didn't ask whether I liked him or not. I couldn't help chiming in on the subject as a loyal subject of King George the Boy.
I don't know where Marilyn's at. He's probably a fry cook at Wimpy's. ;D

I saw the video of 'Calling your name' and that was enough to put me off.

boy george i love too and he always speaks well of marilyn. i have seen then interviewed a lot and they seem ok with each other these days. i know marilyn was no great singer but i loved him cause he was gorgeous, and boy george was on drugs years before marilyn was his friend, they were both as bad as each other. but that's life, yes? i like both of them and boy geaorge is definately the best talent of the 80s in my opinion. pauline
