I like "I Melt With You" as much today as the first time I heard it. The title track to the album "After The Snow" is great, too. Unfortunately, most of their other songs are rather dull.
There's a similar song by the Irish band The Adventures, "Send My Heart," which came out in 1985. Anyone remember it? The Adventures were a solid band, but didn't really distinguish themselves from other pub rockers at the time. "Send My Heart," though, had a very pretty melody, great jangly guitar work, and a sweet chorus, enough to make it quite memorable.

I also like the song "I Melt With You". I heard that via the movie "Valley Girl'...
