Subject: '84 TV show has me stumpted

???  There was a TV show around '84 to '86 that I remember seeing but no one else remembers anything about it. If I remember right the guy who played in it dressed kinda like Mad Max, or in leather and spikes or something, but he drove this really cool futuristic semi-truck and trailor!!  I want to say the name of the show was something like Road Warrior (here comes Mad Max again!).......Does anybody remember this shows name, or for that matter does anybody remember the show? I have been told by people who knew their 80's that I must have made this guy up!!

I know the show you are talking about, but I am not sure of the name.  I can picture everything you talk about and even the actor that played the semi driver.  I think he even carried a sawed off shotgun.

I think you jogged my memory alittle bit here. He carried a sawed off shotgun in some kind of leg holster, right?? Didn't the the trailor turn into a helicopter or something also?

I think the show you're thinking of is "The Highwayman" which starred Mark "Jacko" Jackson (former Australian Rules player).
