Subject: The other cat cartoon during Garfield show?
Howdy. Anybody know the name of the other cartoon that came on during the Garfield cartoon show in the 80's? It was another cat cartoon where they hung out at a junkyard. ???

That was called "U.S. Acres". It actually took place on a farm, not a junkyard. It featured Wade the duck, Roy (I think) the rooster, Orson the pig, and others I can't remember. :)

I must have it confused. Maybe it wasn't on with the Garfield show. I thought it was connected with another cartoon. I remember it was on in the mid-80's (like when Inspector Gadget cartoon was on). And, I definetly remember the cats hung out at the junkyard. The leader cat had a junk car at the top of a pile of cars, & had a girlfriend (pretty cute lookin' cat chic (lol)).

I think you're talking about Heathcliff, if I remember right, it did come on right around when Inspector Gadget was on. I used to watch that cartoon religiously! It was based off of an old comic series.

Yeah I think you're talking about Heathcliff. My little brother and my ex-boyfriend used to watch that show. (Mostly cause of the girl cat lol!)
Anyway, I think that was the only show that was on besides Garfield.
I guess you found that out already!

I remember US Acres! I had forgotten about that show. It was also created by Jim Davis, who created Garfield!
