The track you're after is called "Al-Naafiysh(The Soul)" by Hashim. Originally on Sreetwave records. Can be found on Streetsounds Crucial Electro. Top breaking track...

I was thinking Al-naayfish also but to me if someone were to try to explain the lyrics I believe they would say..
Snot Rocket, Snot Rocket, Snot Rocket.
I still cock my head when I hear the beginning of that song.
