Subject: Transformers, or Voltron?

I personally prefer Voltron, but the Transformers are cool, too.
Both had movies around the same time (TRANSFORMER: THE MOVIE/VOLTRON:FLEET OF DOOM) But Voltron's was real cheesey. ¬_¬
What about you guys?

I was always a fan of Voltron, the one with the Lions not the vehicles though I did like the way they merged the two together towards the end a little bit.
Never saw the movie, which sounds like a good thing.
My 16 year old nephew is an obsessed fan of the Transformers in all forms, but especially Beast Wars.
He keeps asking me about the old episodes and do I remember when this happened and I try and explain that I saw them when I was younger than him so No I don't rember it all that much. ;D

Transformers all the way. Voltron spawned a whole other genre of Robot shows(power rangers), but transformers has had the same idea the whole time. I think they screwed it up now adays, and should air the older episodes, but I'm going to have to with Optimus on this one.

Okay as far as main characters go, You can't beat Optimus Prime I'll give you that. But as a girl, it was alot easiery for me to get into a story with lions, and a princess (who was a bit of an idiot, but female role models were scarce in those days, we took what we could get) and magic and unrequited love by an evil prince.....

I'd have to say Voltron
